In the aromatics, there are hints of brown sugar, rosemary, dates, chocolate, and celeriac. The cup possesses a delicate acidity that mellows into roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and maple syrup. As the cup cools, there’s a fine Assam tea with lemon.

Yemen - Ameera is a raw, unabashed interpretation of a classic coffee. This is the first Yemen coffee that Paradise Roasters has ever offered. In the past, we could not find a Yemen at any price point that met our standards. Yemen – Ameera™ exceeds them.
On a side note, the green coffee is shipped within a Supergrainbag, which protects and preserves the quality of the coffee.
