High-temperature glass from Yama, this is a high quality cold drip coffee maker. This coffee maker is gorgeous and would make a lovely addition to your dining area. Room temperature water is placed in the top glass vessel and by regulating the dripping water through the valve in the center, coffee is steeped and ends up in the carafe at the bottom of the tower. The valve can be adjusted so that the brew takes minutes or hours. Our suggestion is to use a slightly fine grind and adjust the dripper so that brew time takes approximately 35 minutes.
