A delicate coffee with flavors that range from spice to floral to citrus. Lemon, orange, bergamot, all spice, hydrangea, and rose all float atop a sweet maple background. This is a very complex coffee that undoubtedly conquers the Panama Esmeralda which hails from the same region and is the same varietal as this coffee.

All carry into the cup, where a crisp cocoa (dry, nut-toned chocolate) contributes complication and depth. Tart but softly fruit-toned acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Nut and cocoa in particular carry into the finish."
