Classic Sumatra in a decaf: notes of earth and herb in the aroma and small cup. Heavy body, typical of Sumatran coffees, carries the earthy, deep spice tones into a long, flavor-saturated finish.

Background Info

One of our importing partners purchased this coffee from a decaffeination center in Europe. The purchase was solely based on the coffee’s excellent cupping quality, but unfortunately, little is known about this coffee. The suspected reason for this is that the coffee is most likely a blend of several lots of Sumatran coffees with no easily traceable heritage.
