I've always admired the simplicity of pourover brewers, but up until this point I've felt that the extraction time is simply too quick and you are left with a thin, not so full-flavored cup of coffee. The clever design of the "Clever" Coffee brewer fixes all of that. At the bottom of the cone is a valve that keeps the water bathing in the coffee grounds until you are ready to release it. This allows you to control the contact time between the coffee and the water, thus being able to properly extract the full coffee flavors.

If you're willing to put a little effort into making your coffee in the morning, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the improvement in taste with this brewer over a standard auto-drip (Mr. Coffee) brewer.
