A very nice new crop Sidamo. Fully -washed and dried on raised screens. This coffee cups like a Sidamo should, which is more than just a lesser Yirgacheffe. The best high-grown Sidamos like this one have a cup character all their own.

A full rounded mouthfeel and lower-toned fruit notes - peach, apricot, orange, raspberry, and guava. Great hot or iced.
