Carmen Estate, owned by the Aguilera family, is consistently one of the top producers out of Central America. This year they finished 7th in the SCAA Cupping Pavilion and 5th at the 2007 Best of Panama competition. 1750 Reserve is a special micro-lot produced for us by Carlos Aguilera from the highest elevation of his farm. This coffee is a exemplary representation of how great coffees from the classical varietals (Typica, Caturra, Catuai) in Panama can be.
