A hands on class that explores espresso brewing fundamentals. Students will learn the basic skills necessary to identify and consistently produce quality espresso. Techniques in grinding, dosing, distribution, tamping, and milk steaming will be demonstrated. Basic Espresso equipment cleaning and maintenance will also be touched on at the end of the session.
Beginning espresso is intended for coffee professionals and home enthusiasts alike looking to learn the skills necessary to make the most of their espresso set-up.
