Roasting coffee can sometimes seem like a simple thing to do, but it’s actually a very precise, unforgiving process. At the same time, it can be a very enjoyable and engaging hobby for many people. These people are home roasters.

Home roasters use anything from a stove top to a miniature, table-top version of the roaster we have in the roastery. Roasting at home isn’t for everyone as it can take diligence and practice to consistently roast quality to one’s liking, but once accomplished, it’s quite rewarding.
