Paradise Coffee Roasters began business in 2002 when R. Miguel Meza opened a small micro-roaster in Ramsey, MN with the help of his parents. Setting out on a goal to provide unique and high quality coffee, Miguel quickly built a reputation for Paradise by sourcing coffee that consistently scored 90+ points on CoffeeReview.com.

He also developed relationships with farmers specializing in Hawaiian-grown coffee, bringing in the best of the best from popular origins like Kona and Maui. Over time, Miguel transformed Paradise into a true contender mentioned along with some of the biggest names in specialty coffee.

Ordering & Shipping

Paradise Roasters is a roast-to-order company, meaning we don’t roast coffee until a customer has requested an order. Each coffee is roasted in small batches on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders received by 9 am. on production days are roasted and shipped the same day.

We ship to all 50 states via USPS priority mail and UPS to ensure your package is received 3 business days. We charge $3.49 flat-rate shipping for standard delivery on any order under 15 lbs. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

We offer wholesale pricing to any customer who orders in bulk quantities, with minimums of 5 lbs or 6 x 12 oz. bags. For large wholesale orders, please contact wholesale@paradiseroasters.com or call 763-433-0626.
