Hawaii Ka’u - AhSan
An aroma that’s somewhere between an apple and an orange (a starfruit?) drifts from the dry grounds. As the coffee is wetted, these fruit notes darken into plums, spices, and raisins. This sweet aroma carries itself into the flavor, joining candied hibiscus with a smooth, heavy body.
