Company History

Paradise Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster that was established in July 2002 by the Meza Family. We had always enjoyed a good cup of coffee which truly had a great taste and aroma. After having tasted many different coffees over the years we realized that only fresh roasted coffee beans truly had the best taste and aroma. Miguel had worked for various local coffee shops over a few years where he obtained some great experience in meeting, purchasing and negotiating with roasters and related product vendors. He had discovered he had a passion for the coffee business and spent years reading, researching and working in the world of coffee and espresso. As more and more coffee shops continued to emerge we realized many people were discovering and searching for great coffee. This is where our vision began...

We decided to take the next step, establish our name, Paradise Roasters, and start our journey. Deciding on what the name would be and what it would represent would be critical. Deborah and Miguel started coming up with names and were trying to describe what a truly great cup of coffee should provide you.

A good cup of coffee should leave you invigorated, satisfied and with a pleasant aftertaste in your mouth. A great cup of coffee should remind you of and transport you to the places the coffee beans came from - Paradise.
* We are a specialty coffee roaster that aims to provide its customers with the highest quality, fresh-roasted coffee available at a fair price.

* Paradise Roasters roasts to order. Coffee is at its peak the first week out of the roaster. After which it rapidly loses its aroma and flavor. That is why we roast coffee only AFTER you place your order. We then ship the coffee within 24 hours of roasting so that we can provide you with a fresh, great tasting coffee.

* Custom Roasting: We can develop custom blends for your store as well as provide you with private labeled coffee for retail sale. At Paradise Roasters we strive for excellence in everything we do. From green sourcing, to roasting, blending and customer service. While we do spend extensive time developing our roast profiles and blends we understand that our interpretation of perfection and yours may occasionally differ. We want you to find your own personal coffee paradise. Want a custom espresso blend or house blend? No problem! Want your Kenya Roasted a little darker? You got it. Your Mexico a little lighter? Done! Things are better in Paradise... because in Paradise you can have things your way!
