Peter Middlecamp of Black Sheep Coffee Cafe placed 6th in the United States Barista Competition. Peter trained with Paradise Roasters' Roastmaster Miguel Meza. This was Peter's first time competing which makes this an even greater achievement - he is the only first time competitor to ever make the finals round of the USBC. Peter worked with Miguel to develop the Espresso Reserve 2007 specifically for competition purposes.

Summer Open House
Paradise Roasters' Annual Open House is Saturday July 21st from 9am to noon. A great chance to enjoy coffees, espresso, and a nice selection of hand-made pastries from . Talk with fellow coffee geeks, cafe owners, and a special appearance by Superstar Barista and USBC finalist Peter Middlecamp. We will also be doing a roasting demonstration so you can see the process that coffee goes through from green to the cup.
Play on the Clover or on the GB5. It's an all around good time!
